Cost is an important consideration in any dental treatment plan.
At Parshin Dental, our goal is to deliver world class care and long-lasting dental implants in Staten Island and beyond at affordable prices. Although we cannot provide an exact quote for dental implant costs without meeting you in person and assessing your needs, our team can provide some general information that should be helpful as you consider your options.
Factors that Determine Dental Implant Cost
Working with the Parshin Dental team can actually save you money in the long run. Because we handle every stage of the implant procedure, it saves you from having to travel to different offices to have your implant(s) placed and restored by different doctors. Everything is handled under one roof for a fair price.
Does Insurance Cover Dental Implants?
Although plans are more likely to cover implants today than a decade ago, not every company offers coverage. To determine whether you are eligible for coverage through your plan, call your provider and ask directly. Our office is also available to answer any general questions you may have about dental insurance.
Invest in Your Oral Health
As you consider the cost of dental implants and weigh it against your other options, like dental bridges or dentures, keep in mind that the alternative options normally require regular maintenance. Dentures or bridges may last for five to seven years before needing repair or complete replacement. When you tally up the repeated costs of repairing or replacing these dental restorations every few years, it becomes clear that the one-time cost of dental implants (and the peace of mind that comes with them) is well worth it. As long as they are properly cared for and maintained, implants are designed to last many years. Think of the cost of dental implants as one-time investment in your oral health and wellness. Can you really put a price on a beautiful, healthy smile?
Beware of Discount Pricing
Also, beware of advertisements or practices that offer dental implants for rock bottom prices. Often, these prices are meant to attract customers to what end up being shoddy practices or inexperienced dentists. The experience and credentials of your implant dentist should be your top priority — not the discount pricing. Remember that you get what you pay for and choose your implant dentist carefully. Dr. Parshin is a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and a highly respected implant dentist.

Dr. A.Parshin will make you feel at ease and his work is exceptional! I had my fair share of dentists and nothing coming even close! I am willing to travel to his office from Manhattan.
Dr. Parshin has an easy touch and the speed and the quality of his work are unmatched!
I, finally, can smile and laugh without being conscious of my teeth.

I’ll go to this office always now!!

It’s been three years that our whole family receives wonderful dental care by Parshin Dental. My two daughters and I had another routine cleaning today and, though I knew what to expect, I was still touched by how my younger daughter was treated. She is by nature always nervous and scared of trying new things and today was the first time she had to do x-rays. She was apprehensive and refusing at first, but Kat worked her magic, and before you know it, my 5yo was happily sitting in the chair, “helping” Kat take the best x-ray pictures and feeling so proud of herself! Meanwhile, my oldest, who’s been coming to this office for 3 years, told me this is the only doctor’s appointment she actually looks forward to. 🤗 I can’t praise or recommend this wonderful dental office enough! The ladies at the front desk are always friendly and super accommodating and efficient. Everyone from hygienists to assistants are so warm and comforting while doing an excellent job. Dr. Parshin and Dr. Farid are so knowledgeable and always offering the best care for us. Absolutely love this place and so happy we are lucky enough to be their patients!
Original review:
We started seeing Dr. Parshin after his practice stood out from wonderful reviews online. Our expectations were high and this office did not disappoint! Everyone in the office is professional, friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Parshin and Kat, one of the hygienists, were so amazing with my daughter. She was super nervous on her first ever visit to the dentist. She went in dreading the experience and, by the time they were done, she was excitedly asking me when her next appointment was. The “chair-side” manner at this office is phenomenal, for adults and kids alike! I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for exceptional dental care.

and I feel very fortunate to be a patient. Dr.Farid is very professional, compassionate and an excellent dentist. Her examinations are always thorough and clearly explains what needs to be done. She & her assistant work very well together . The staff that greets you are excellent in handling paper work, making appointments and always welcome you with warmth and courtesy.

As for the entire office staff, they are welcoming, professional and all around, a wonderful group of people, especially Annette. She is helpful and always has the answers to any questions.
The office itself is bright, impeccably clean and I will continue to come here from N.J. As the bar is set too high and I’m too satisfied with this practice to ever go anywhere else.

Within 2-3 years most of the crowns either fell out or are defective, around 7 or 8 altogether. My gums became badly inflamed and he would keep saying it’s no big deal. I ended up getting opinions from another dentist, periodontist, and orthodontist who all 3 said the front work he did would have to be completely replaced and pointed out all the sloppy cement that was left behind.
The final straw was when they charged 550 for a routine cleaning, and since I had double coverage charged it to both my insurance providers reducing my total yearly allowance by 1100 out of 3500. For a routine cleaning.
I no longer felt comfortable feeling as if the money was the main driver of many of all the crowns that were put in, rather than evaluating if maybe all I needed was a filling.
Don’t go to dentists that have a financial interest in the work such as paying off their equipment or get excited when they hear you have double coverage.

I LIVE IN MARLBORO NJ AND WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE. ALL UPDATED, MODERN EQUIPMENT. GREAT STAFF.

I had a horrible time trying to find a dentist I like, and was so glad to finally find Parshin Dental. Dr Parshin is personable, explains what’s going on at all times, and makes every visit as low stress as possible. The whole staff is great at making every visit as easy as it can be, I’d recommend this office especially for anyone who has fear or anxiety around dentist visits.

Moreover, Dr. Parshin himself contributes significantly to the practice's positive environment by fostering a culture of learning and talent acquisition. He is always ready to offer advice, consultation, and additional support, enriching the overall experience. Although additional support from him is seldom needed, it's always a pleasure to engage with him and benefit from his expertise and leadership.

Practically all procedures are done in one office. Zero wait time. All you can ask for. We are greatly impressed and looking forward to a long relationship. Thank you! 🫶🏻

Remarkably friendly and professional staff, clean office, and I always leave with a smile on my face (no pun intended).
Would recommend over and over again.

Five star treatment. Imagine you’re going to a fancy spa and not to the dentist. All the staff is very courteous and super nice. The doctor has state of the art equipment 3D Printer for crowns and new teeth. I was there for an hour only for a tooth replacement And I was amazed.
