I had high hopes for Dr. Alex Parshin, but my experience was quite disappointing. The wait times were longer than expected, and I felt rushed during my appointment. I didn’t leave with a clear understanding of my concerns, which was frustrating. I’m sure he’s knowledgeable, but I didn’t feel like I received the care and attention I needed.Copy

Had a fantastic family cleaning appointment today with our 2.5-year-old! The staff was welcoming, friendly, and patient. Unlike our old office, which felt pushy and suggested unnecessary treatments, the care we received felt genuine yet still thorough. They were gentle with my sensitive teeth, made some useful recommendations to my husband's lifestyle patterns and made our toddler's first visit smooth while keeping the cleaning thorough. They were highly efficient yet nothing felt rushed. We were seen right at our appointment time, and all three of us were finished in about 1.5 hours. We'll definitely be back!

Love it at Parshin. Staff Doctors are wonderful. They make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Doctors explain everything to you as they perform the work on your mouth. Shout out to Dr. Parshin for hookin me up last minute no appt. Emergency

Had a great experience at Dr. Parshin Dental office on Richmond Hill Road. The staff is excellent and so friendly. The dentist are great. I didn’t feel anything no discomfort that you would sometimes feel when you go to a dentist. It was a five star experience.

Dr. Parshin and his staff are incredible! His level of knowledge and professionalism is at the highest standard. He truly cares about his patients. He worked around my husband’s dental challenges and was able to take care of his teeth, relieve him of pain and perform the necessary dental work. We can’t thank him enough!
