I had high hopes for Dr. Alex Parshin, but my experience was quite disappointing. The wait times were longer than expected, and I felt rushed during my appointment. I didn’t leave with a clear understanding of my concerns, which was frustrating. I’m sure he’s knowledgeable, but I didn’t feel like I received the care and attention I needed.

Had a fantastic family cleaning appointment today with our 2.5-year-old! The staff was welcoming, friendly, and patient. Unlike our old office, which felt pushy and suggested unnecessary treatments, the care we received felt genuine yet still thorough. They were gentle with my sensitive teeth, made some useful recommendations to my husband's lifestyle patterns and made our toddler's first visit smooth while keeping the cleaning thorough. They were highly efficient yet nothing felt rushed. We were seen right at our appointment time, and all three of us were finished in about 1.5 hours. We'll definitely be back!

Dr. Alex Parshin Is an excellent and experienced doctor. I have not visited a dentist in over 6 years due to poor experiences with dentists in the passed. Dr Parshin changed my mind entirely about dental work. I had a complicated dental procedure that I was nervous about due to years of no dental maintenance. My two daughters and I had another routine cleaning today and, though I knew what to expect, I was still touched by how my younger daughter was treated. She is by nature always nervous and scared of trying new things and today was the first time she had to do x-rays. She was apprehensive and refusing at first, but Kat worked her magic, and before you know it, my 5yo was happily sitting in the chair, “helping” Kat take the best x-ray pictures and feeling so proud of herself! Meanwhile, my oldest, who’s been coming to this office for 3 years, told me this is the only doctor’s appointment she actually looks forward to. 🤗 I can’t praise or recommend this wonderful dental office enough! The ladies at the front desk are always friendly and super accommodating and efficient. Everyone from hygienists to assistants are so warm and comforting while doing an excellent job. Dr. Parshin and Dr. Farid are so knowledgeable and always offering the best care for us. Absolutely love this place and so happy we are lucky enough to be their patients!

For the first time in my life I had to have a tooth extraction. I was anxious. I saw Dr. Farid at Parshin Dental. She was patient, explained the procedure, and offered to stop at any sign of discomfort. Aftercare instructions were thorough, and now (one day later) I have no discomfort at all! Parshin Dental are not cheap, but when it comes to healthcare, that is not where I want to cut any corners. Going back in a few months for my first (and hopefully ONLY!) dental implant.

The waiting time for your appointment is no more than 5 minutes. you feel relaxed from the first minutes in the doctor's office, with the care of the doctor's assistant surrounding you. I recently started going to Parshin Dental. I am so happy to have finally found a dentist that is thorough, caring, and extremely skilled. He highlights every step of what he’s doing and why it needs to be done. Friendly staff, from the office to the assistants, to the hygienists. The office is clean, and inviting.

Absolutely best experience with this office. It all starts from the first impression, the front staff are sure to deliver. Switching from my dentist I had for over 30 years, that transition went better than I could have ever expected. Dr. Parshin, hygienists, front staff and assistants goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I have always had a dental fear but not in this office. I recommend everyone here, it’s clean, efficient and all about patient care.

My whole family went to Parshin for years. Every time I would go I pretty much left with a new crown, made on the spot with their 3d printer which they always highlight.
Within 2-3 years most of the crowns either fell out or are defective, around 7 or 8 altogether. My gums became badly inflamed and he would keep saying it’s no big deal. I ended up getting opinions from another dentist, periodontist, and orthodontist who all 3 said the front work he did would have to be completely replaced and pointed out all the sloppy cement that was left behind.
The final straw was when they charged 550 for a routine cleaning, and since I had double coverage charged it to both my insurance providers reducing my total yearly allowance by 1100 out of 3500. For a routine cleaning.
I no longer felt comfortable feeling as if the money was the main driver of many of all the crowns that were put in, rather than evaluating if maybe all I needed was a filling.
Don’t go to dentists that have a financial interest in the work such as paying off their equipment or get excited when they hear you have double coverage.

Dr. Farid was very professional and treated me with diligence. She double checked her work and made me feel like I was in great hands. She took the time to explain everything she was doing. She explained my X- ray results clearly and answered all my questions carefully. Her bedside manners are excellent and I felt like all my concerns were heard without being rushed. Her manual dexterity skills left me at ease as I felt like she worked on my teeth with precision. The staff at the front desk were also very friendly and treated me with so much kindness. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Farid and the staff. First time I will ever look forward to going to the Dentist!

Great dentist office, the staff is very accommodating when it comes to appointments. Not only did he help me straighten out my teeth with Invisalign but also recommended for me to get surgery on my gums so I wouldn’t loose some teeth before straightening them out.

My husband could not stop raving about his new dentist at Parshin Dental. I had not seen a dentist in over a year. So, I asked my husband to try to get me in to Parshin Dental on the same day he was going to see Dr. Parshin. He called the office and the staff kindly fit me in on the same day and time of his appointment! Upon arrival, we were greeted with a smiling, friendly staff! The office is very nice! We did not wait at all! I was escorted to my room where a sweet girl quickly took my x-rays! Dr. Farid then came in, looked at my x-rays and examined my teeth. She explained everything to me in detail! Everything looked good! I then had my teeth cleaned by another sweet girl! She was very gentle and efficient! Everyone at PARSHIN DENTAL is so kind, friendly, and professional! My first trip to PARSHIN DENTAL was delightful!! This is the place to go for your dental care!!!!

I moved to NJ about 4 years ago but still go back to see Dr. Parshin because he is the best. He has done a number of treatments for me and was always right. My wife has been afraid to go to the dentist her whole life but since I introduced her to Dr Parshin he somehow made her comfortable and she has been going to get her treatments and cleanings. Thank you for caring about what you do. Very friendly office staff as well.

I’ve been coming to Dr. Alex Parshin and his hygienist, Catherine (Cat), for several years, and they are absolutely fantastic. Dr. Alex Parshin is one of the best dentists that’s ever worked on my teeth. He has hi-tech office and innovative approach to dentistry. His explanation of each next step during the treatment allows you to be completely relaxed. He always makes it pain free and easy. The staff is very friendly and very welcoming. Parshin Dental offers exceptional service, although the costs can be quite high; for example, a quote for a root canal was around $4000 without insurance, and with insurance, the reduction was minimal. Despite the cost, my experiences here, especially with Dr. Farid, have been very positive. She did an excellent job on my fillings, and despite my concerns about changes to my smile due to teeth grinding, she developed a comprehensive treatment plan and provided crucial guidance on prioritizing my dental care.
Moreover, Dr. Parshin himself contributes significantly to the practice's positive environment by fostering a culture of learning and talent acquisition. He is always ready to offer advice, consultation, and additional support, enriching the overall experience. I’m normally very anxious during dentist appointments, but the team here was kind, patient, caring and made me feel at ease. I went in for a second opinion after a different dentist told me I would need an extraction. The team here took multiple x-rays, did a 3-D scan of my teeth and checked my teeth thoroughly multiple times. They assured me there was nothing wrong with my teeth and saved me from an unnecessary procedure. I can’t recommend them enough.

What an amazing experience. They had taken me in for a last minute emergency wisdom tooth extraction. Dr Farid did an amazing job making sure I was comfortable the whole time and was truly wonderful for the whole procedure. Dr Parshin’s is super friendly and shows how passionate he is about his work in dentistry. I would highly recommend this office.

I was so impressed with this office! From the minute you walk in everyone is extremely outgoing and kind. The doctor was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly to me. Not only was the office super clean, they also use all high technology & can print you a 3D porcelain crown in one day!!!! So happy I found this office!

Yes! We found our family dental office! Five star treatment. Imagine you’re going to a fancy spa and not to the dentist. All the staff is very courteous and super nice. The doctor has state of the art equipment 3D Printer for crowns and new teeth. I was there for an hour only for a tooth replacement And I was amazed.

Dr. Parshin is great! I had a root canal done with him, he explained everything step by step and made me feel at ease. I did not feel a thing. The entire experience start to finish was great. No long wait time. The staff is very friendly. Office is super clean. He is very thorough. And the hygienist Cathy was wonderful. My teeth look so white after the cleaning. I just came back from DR. Parshin's office. Dr. Farid took care of me so beautifully. She was gentle, explained everything to me. Did excellent work on my bonding and re-cementing my crown. I have to say, visiting my dentist is simply a pleasure these days. I am very happy I found my new dentist (going there second year now).
