Dr. Alex Parshin

Dr. Parshin is a graduate of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. While attending school, Dr. Parshin was a member of Gamma Pi Delta Prosthetic Honor Society for excellence in Dental Prosthodontics.

After receiving his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree, Dr. Parshin served a yearlong residency at NYU Langone Medical Center. During this residency, he honed his skills in cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, oral surgery, orthodontics, including the Invisalign® clear aligner system; and rotary endodontics. He received the Resident of the Year Award in recognition of his outstanding service as a post-graduate resident.

As an early adapter to 3D dental technology, Dr Parshin currently lectures on 3D technology in dentistry, non-invasive placement of dental implants and 3D designed dental crowns. He currently serves as the Cerec one day crowns trainer and the director of guided implant surgery.

Patients who are missing one or more of their natural teeth and considering implant dentistry should note that Dr. Parshin is also certified by and a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI). The designation of fellow is a huge honor bestowed upon any member of the ICOI. In order to earn this esteemed title, Dr. Parshin had to complete a rigorous two-year program of continuing education coursework and advanced training in implant dentistry. As a result, he is now recognized among dental professionals worldwide as a leader in oral implantology.

Dr. Omer Yetiskul

Implant & Cosmetic Dentist

Dr. Omer Yetiskul was born and raised in New York, where his passion for healthcare and his interest in dentistry began. He attended the College of Staten Island, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Health Sciences before pursuing his dream of becoming a dentist.

Dr. Yetiskul earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University College of Dentistry in 2025. Following dental school, he completed a one-year General Practice Residency at Northwell Health – Staten Island University Hospital. His hospital-based training provided extensive experience in complex restorative dentistry, oral surgery, emergency dental care, and treating medically complex patients.

Today, Dr. Yetiskul is proud to serve patients throughout New York and New Jersey. Having spent significant time in both states, he is very familiar with the communities, families, and unique character of the New York and New Jersey areas. His goal is to build lasting relationships with patients across both sides of the Hudson and provide the same personalized, high-quality care wherever his patients call home.

Dr. Yetiskul provides comprehensive family, cosmetic, restorative, and implant dentistry. He believes dentistry should be more than simply treating teeth—it should be about listening to patients, understanding their goals, and creating a comfortable experience built on trust.

When he’s not practicing dentistry, Dr. Yetiskul enjoys staying active and trying new things. He loves running, playing soccer, and rock climbing, and he is always up for a new challenge. He also enjoys cooking, experimenting with different recipes, and spending time with family and friends over a good meal.

Whether he’s working through a challenging dental case, climbing a new route, playing a competitive soccer match, or trying a new recipe in the kitchen, Dr. Yetiskul brings the same curiosity, energy, and enthusiasm to everything he does.

Catherine has been a part of Parshin Dental since 2018. Raised in Staten Island, she has 2 amazing boys and is passionate about her work. Catherine teaches hygiene at NYC College of Technology and loves to see everyone have a bright smile!

Your smile is never in better hands when Carli is your hygienist. Raised in Staten Island, Carli has a big heart for patients with a history of dental anxiety and makes sure to help you feel as comfortable as possible. Carli will make sure you leave with a genuine smile!
